Chase: Chasing After the Heart of God by Jennie Allen
Cost $25 | Every Wednesday, 9:30-11:30am, beginning September 20th
We’re all chasing after something, something that we think will make us happy—comfort, success, a bigger house, or someone’s approval. But if we are all honest, it feels like trying to catch the wind. A man after God’s own heart… As David’s life weaves throughout the pages of Scripture, we see he was a man who spent his life chasing after God. Chase explores the events that defined David’s life and the Psalms that flowed out of those experiences. Through David’s example we’ll discover what God really wants from us.
Missional Motherhood by Gloria Furman
Cost $25 | Every other Wednesday (1st, 3rd, 5th),9:30-11:00am, beginning September 20th
There's no such thing as “just” a mom. Despite the routine tasks and mundane to-do lists, motherhood is anything but insignificant. God has designed motherhood as part of his greater plan to draw people to himself—instilling all women, whether called to traditional mothering or not, with an eternal purpose in nurturing others.
Gloria Furman opens our eyes to God's life-giving promises—promises intended to empower each and every woman as she makes disciples in her home, in her neighborhood, and around the world.
All Things New: 2 Corinthians by Kelly Minter
Cost: $20 | Every Tuesday Night, 6:30-8:30pm, beginning September 19th | Cyndie Mcgirl is teaching this study
The city of ancient Corinth was much like our own modern-day cities: a melting pot of electrifying cultural experiences to be had, along with the myriad pitfalls of spiritual depravity. Still, Paul wrote to the church of God in Corinth. Meaning God’s church is meant to thrive in any city and every circumstance in which we find ourselves. Paul’s letter is as timely as ever.
Kelly Minter will lead you through the Letter of 2 Corinthians, exploring the anchoring truths of bearing treasures in jars of clay. Each of us has a message to proclaim and live by: Because of Jesus the old has gone, the new has come.
We also have a Tuesday morning MOPS group which is a place for mothers of preschoolers to gather together and support one another.
