Understanding Who You Are and How You Are Created for Maximum Effectiveness in the Kingdom
“Who am I? What am I here for?” These questions speak to the core of our identities as individuals. You are invited to take a six-week journey of discovery. During these six weeks we will pull back the curtains of fear, guilt, and confusion to reveal the power of your true identity.
The Power of Identity is that every believer has been created to play a unique and strategic role within the body of Christ. No exceptions. You are God’s intentional and exclusive creation!
For those in a Missional Community
There is a lot of material to cover in each session. Every member should read each week’s material before meeting. That way, questions and comments will not be “shot from the hip.” Leaders should take the time to distill down each week’s study to specifically address the unique context of their groups.
For those covering the material privately
Take a few moments to pray and ask for God’s guidance before diving into each week’s material. Avoid rushing through the study. Allow the truths discussed to wash over you, and to transform you. Though you may be wrestling with the material on you own, share your insights with someone close to you. Sharing our journey of faith with others helps to lock in the new lessons we have learned.
